(Select this option if you find any inaccurate information in your Consumer Credit Report (CCR)).
While raising dispute mention specific reason as to why do you feel information is missing/inaccurate and attach supporting document for the same on the mail and send to
crifcare@crifhighmark.com
The financial institution or CRIF High Mark will take appropriate steps to resolve Dispute on Report within 30 days after being requested to do so.
The credit bureau can make changes in the individual's credit information only after such changes have been authorized by the concerned financial institution.
If the updated report display the changes that the individual has disputed, CRIF High Mark will inform the individual mentioning
that the changes have been made as per requested dispute. If the changes are not made as per the individual's request, the
individual will be informed about all the steps taken to resolve dispute (with dates) and then Individual can directly contact the
respective financial institution for further resolution of the query.
